Bina Smith

Bina Smith, SHRM-SCP, serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Palmer-Donavin since November 2008, overseeing a range of HR functions including benefits, employee engagement, and HRIS/ATS management. In previous roles, Bina held positions such as Executive Assistant, where support was provided to senior executives, and Assistant General Manager of the HVAC Division, which involved vendor management and employee training coordination.
