Brian L. Handley

Brian L. Handley, MBA, currently serves as President and COO of Palmer Food Services, overseeing a 285-person team and managing full P&L responsibilities for a broad-line foodservice distributor and protein manufacturer. Previously, Brian held various leadership positions at Constellation Brands, including Vice President of Spirits Operations and General Manager of East Coast Operations, where responsibilities encompassed a multi-facility operation producing millions of cases of wine and spirits. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Operations & Customer Care at Raymour & Flanigan Furniture, Transportation Department Manager at Wegmans Food Markets, and Infantry Officer in the US Army. Brian earned an MBA in Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a BA in Psychology and Military Science & Leadership from the University of Richmond.
