Dana Hook has over 17 years of experience in delivery operations within the propane and oil industry. Currently serving as a Delivery Specialist at Palmer Gas & Oil since October 2022, Dana is responsible for account maintenance and optimizing driver routes. Prior to this role, Dana worked as a Routing Specialist at Dead River Company from July 2014 to October 2022, where analysis of customer accounts for delivery efficiency was a key responsibility. Dana also held positions as Delivery Manager at both Amerigas and Heritage Propane, managing fleets and ensuring DOT compliance for numerous drivers. Earlier in the career, Dana gained experience as a Delivery Driver at Dead River Company and as a Driver at U.S. Xpress Enterprises. Educational background includes a diploma in General Studies from Pensacola High School, completed in 1985.
