Sean's extensive food service experience features several roles as Food Service Director across various companies, including Sodexo and Compass Group, where responsibilities included managing budgets, training employees, and interacting with large customer bases. Sean also served as an EMT-B/EMD at Cataldo Ambulance Service Inc., demonstrating skills in emergency medical care. Sean holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Newbury College.
