Eric Mott

Eric "Mo" Mott has extensive work experience in finance, strategic planning, operations, and project management. Eric "Mo"​ currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Palmer Johnson Enterprises since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Business & Financial Consultant at their own company, Mo Mott Group LLC, starting in September 2017. From September 2016 to January 2023, they held the role of Patina Professional at Patina Solutions, specializing in consulting, projects, leadership/board roles, and coaching. Eric "Mo"​ also served as the Executive Director of Mendota Gridiron Club, Inc. from January 2016 to June 2019, providing strategic leadership and operational direction to support the University of Wisconsin football program. Eric has held various positions earlier in their career, including Chief Financial Officer at BDS Mobile | SmartEmoji (2012-2019), Member Board Of Directors at Urso & Urso, Inc. (2016-2018), Owner & President at CECOR, a RuMo Group company (2012-2016), Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Diesel Forward, Inc. (2009-2012 and 2006-2011 respectively), and Director of Strategic Business & Financial Planning, Treasurer of Alliant Energy Foundation, Manager of Investor Relations & Trust Fund Management, and Senior Treasury Analyst at Alliant Energy (2000-2005). Eric also briefly served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer at Hammes Company Sports Development in 2012.

Eric "Mo" Mott attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus in Business. Eric "Mo"​ then pursued further education at DePaul University from 1991 to 1994, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) also with a specialization in Business.
