Peter Bychowski

Peter Bychowski has extensive experience in the industrial power systems sector, currently serving as the Director of Inside Sales at Palmer Johnson Power Systems since April 2006. In this role, Peter is responsible for leading the Inside Sales operation, implementing lean strategies for continuous process improvement, and ensuring customer satisfaction under the direction of the COO. Previously, Peter was the owner of Lakeland Industrial Transmission from September 1998 to April 2006, where an independent re-selling business was established for off-highway industrial parts. Early career experience includes a position as Shop Foreman and Technician at Auto Clutch & Parts Service from March 1981 to September 1987, managing repairs and inventory of various industrial components.
