Prior roles include National Equipment Services Manager and OEM & Service Programs Manager, focusing on equipment repair and reconditioning programs. Prior to Palmer Johnson, Susan worked at Oshkosh Corporation as Business Development Manager for ILS Defense, managing long-term service contracts, and served as COCESS Manager at National General Supply, overseeing all aspects of a supply store for Military operations. Early career experience includes a position as Assistant Manager at Continents Travel. Susan graduated from Madison Area Technical College.
