Parker Mills

Parker Mills has over two decades of work experience in various leadership and operational roles. Mills started their career in 2003 as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, serving for almost ten years. In 2006, they transitioned to the civilian sector and worked as a Foreman at Pettyjohn Construction Inc. for one year. In 2007, Mills joined Branscome Inc. as Vice President of Operations, where they remained for fifteen years until 2022. Currently, Mills holds the position of Vice President of Construction Services at Peckham Industries, Inc., starting in 2023.

Parker Mills completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at William & Mary in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Studies from Virginia Military Institute, graduating in 2006.
