Xueping Qiu

Xueping Qiu has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. In 2009, they joined Omya as a Process Performance Manager, where they played a crucial role in developing new products, improving existing products, and growing new business for industrial applications. Xueping also led and initiated regional activities in innovation, process development, and product and cost performance. Xueping coordinated with the company's headquarters in areas such as R&D, technical service innovation, and product development. After leaving Omya in 2015, Xueping joined Solvay in 2016 as an R&I Application professional. Xueping worked in this role until 2018. In 2019, Xueping worked as a contractor at Discerne LLC Hedge Fund until September of the same year. Currently, Xueping is employed as a Research Scientist/Engineer at Peckham Industries, Inc. since 2020.

Xueping Qiu holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry with a focus on Physical Surface Chemistry and Processing from the University of Regensburg. Xueping also has a Master's degree in Engineering Science from Kunming University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Mineral Processing from Jiangxi University of Science and Technology.
