Zoe O'Neill

Zoe O'Neill serves as the Executive Manager of Legal Services at Palmerston Association and Chief Executive Officer at Sussex Street Community Law Service, where a collaborative health justice partnership is being developed. With a strong commitment to social justice and human-centered legal innovation, Zoe oversees operations at one of Western Australia's longest-running community legal centers. Experience includes roles as Senior Project Lead at ThirdStory and Innovation Unit, as well as managing family law projects at Law Access Limited. Zoe has also contributed to social impact through leadership at the Museum of Freedom and Tolerance and has a background in teaching law at South Metropolitan TAFE. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Western Australia, alongside numerous professional development courses in governance and social impact.
