Edwin Glass

Edwin Glass is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Food and Beverage Supervisor at Palmetto Bluff since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Food Runner and Banquet Server at Long Cove Club from January 2017 to April 2023, and previous positions as a Research Assistant at the Lowcountry and Resort Island Tourism Institute from October 2014 to January 2016, as well as various responsibilities as a Food Runner, Server, and Host at Truffles Cafe and Bar from June 2013 to 2016. Edwin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of South Carolina-Beaufort, earned between 2013 and 2018.
