Earlier in the career, Weitzel Beck held various management positions at Alltel for over three decades, demonstrating leadership in operations and construction management. Additionally, Weitzel Beck served as a Program Coordinator at Job Training Unlimited, focusing on workforce development programs. Professional training began at Telecom Inc. as a Foreman, with foundational education from Andalusia High School and Jefferson Davis Community College.
