Jennifer Marsh

Jennifer Marsh has worked in the collections industry since 1998. Jennifer began their career at OSI Collection Services as a Team Leader/Trainer in 1998. In 2003, they moved to Emergency Debt Relief as a Client Relations Team Leader. In 2004, they joined Auto Money Title Loans as a Collections Manager. In 2005, they began working at First Contact as a Collection Representative. In 2006, they became an Area Supervisor at Title Cash. Finally, in 2014, they began working at Palmetto Primary Care Physicians as an Account Receivable Specialist, where they are responsible for collections on outstanding medical bills and setting up suitable payment arrangements per company standard, as well as explaining EOBs to patients.

Jennifer Marsh completed their Associates in Applied Science from Virginia College of Charleston in 2013, specializing in Medical Insurance Coding Specialist/Coder. Jennifer also attended Middleton High School from 1991 to 1995, where they studied General Studies.
