Renee Bailey has over 30 years of work experience in the medical field. From 1991 to 2019, they worked as an Emergency Medical Technician at Berkeley County EMS, where they demonstrated proficiency with vehicle operations, on-scene protocol, patient care, emergency response, and safety. In 2019, they moved to Doctors Care of SC, where they excelled in clerical and administrative duties for an urgent care office. Renee provided assistance and training materials for on boarding, and established multiple levels of care including mental health, medical assistant, and representative for both urgent care offices and virtual care in light of COVID-19. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Medical Administrator at Palmetto Primary Care Physicians, where they handle sensitive medical concerns, prescription overview, and strict schedules for medical providers. Renee also has strong emergency medical knowledge to assess and react to patient needs, as well as strong adaptability skills in crisis scenarios, time management, and situational awareness.

Renee Bailey has been pursuing higher education since 2011, when they received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Liberty University. Renee then continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Psychology in 2020. Currently, they are enrolled in Liberty University and is pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Psychology.
