Richard Jones

Richard Jones has a robust career in information technology with a focus on system engineering, technical support, and IT infrastructure. Presently serving as an Information Technology System Engineer III at Palmetto Technology Group since January 2025, Richard previously held positions at Röchling Automotive as an IT Service Desk Specialist and at BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC as an IT Workspace Engineer, where responsibilities included designing and implementing efficient IT systems for vehicle production. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Infrastructure Specialist at Draexlmaier Automotive of America, providing crucial IT consulting services, and holding multiple roles at Amec Foster Wheeler, where contributions ranged from Tier 4 support to global hardware deployment. Richard is a graduate of Broome High School with a diploma received in January 1996.
