Cam Maria Rogers

Maria Rogers, CAM, has extensive experience in real estate development and property management. Since May 2009, Maria has served as a Property Manager at Palms Associates, overseeing apartment and townhome leasing, budgets, eviction proceedings, resident retention, credit screening, human resources, and resident functions. Prior to this role, Maria was a Project Manager at Paramount Group of Companies from September 2004 to December 2008, where responsibilities included condo conversions and acting as a liaison between owners and residents. Additionally, Maria worked as a Leasing Consultant at The Bozzuto Group for a brief period in early 2004, handling leasing processes and resident issues in an upscale community near NYC. Maria earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Caldwell University between 1999 and 2003.
