Jennifer Mendoza has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Property Manager at Palms Associates since January 2012. In this role, Jennifer focuses on preserving and enhancing the value of the community, managing day-to-day financial operations, and ensuring excellent living conditions for residents. Previously, Jennifer worked as Regional Assistant Director at Weinstein Properties from March 1997 to March 2011, overseeing six communities in the Tidewater Area, with responsibilities across leasing and maintenance.
