Desiree Hayes is the EVP Patient Services at Palms Medical Group, overseeing multiple departments in the federally qualified community health center. With experience in various leadership roles at organizations like Selfex Pharmaceuticals, UF SHANDS Eastside Community Practice, WELLFLORIDA Council, Inc., and Northeast Florida Area Health Education Center, Desiree has a strong background in program development, community involvement, and strategic planning. Desiree holds a MPH in Community Health from the University of North Florida.
