Anuj Nadkarni is a seasoned professional in enterprise program management and customer success, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Enterprise Program Management at Palo Alto Networks since January 2024. With a strong background in leading customer success strategies, Anuj previously held roles such as Vice President of Customer Success at Duck Creek Technologies, Senior Director of Customer Success at Okta, and Director of Customer Success at Salesforce, managing significant annual recurring revenue (ARR) across diverse portfolios. Anuj's early career includes leadership positions at Deloitte, where business development and cloud solutions delivery were key focuses, and Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, where technology strategies were aligned with business goals. Anuj began a career in software engineering at Infosys Technologies Ltd. Anuj holds a Master's degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
