Dhruvin Shah

Dhruvin Shah is an experienced engineering leader currently serving at Palo Alto Networks since April 2024, focusing on InfoSec, Cloud Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Observability. Previously, at Block from December 2021 to March 2024, Dhruvin held the position of Director of Platform Engineering, where significant achievements included strategic optimization resulting in $9M annual savings and the establishment of a global on-call policy supporting substantial infrastructure scaling. Dhruvin's tenure at VMware from 2014 to December 2021 encompassed roles such as Global Engineering Lead and Sr. Engineering Manager, overseeing SRE, Infrastructure, and Quality Engineering for various SaaS products, and leading initiatives in security compliance and geographic expansion for SaaS offerings.
