Eyal Menachem

Eyal Menachem is an experienced IT operations leader with a robust background in managing global teams and driving technology initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for IT at Palo Alto Networks since November 2016, Eyal oversees a large team providing 24/7 IT support while meeting SLA metrics. Prior roles include Director of Corporate IT at Clarizen and Kenshoo, where Eyal successfully managed multi-million dollar IT budgets, achieved significant cost savings, and enhanced system reliability across global offices. With previous experience as a System Team Manager at 012 Smile Telecom and in professional services at Internet Gold, Eyal has developed a strong focus on customer satisfaction and strategic alignment of technology with business goals. Eyal holds a CIO degree in Management Information Systems and has a solid educational foundation from various institutions including Fairleigh Dickinson University and Hi-Tech College.
