Gladys Lim

Gladys Lim is an accomplished professional in talent development with significant experience across leading organizations in the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the JAPAC Talent Development Lead at Palo Alto Networks since September 2022, Gladys leads initiatives that support organizational success by coaching leaders and empowering teams. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of JAPAC Learning and Development at Edwards Lifesciences, where strategic partnerships were formed with senior leaders to drive regional talent development programs. Gladys also held roles at Cisco Systems as an APJC Consultant for Leadership & Team Intelligence, at NetApp as the APAC Lead for Leadership & Talent Development, and at Oracle Singapore as an APAC Senior Program Manager for Organizational & Talent Development. Academic qualifications include a coaching certification from Coach Inc. and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from the Singapore Institute of Management.
