Gong Cheng

Gong Cheng is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Distinguished Engineer and Engineering Director at Palo Alto Networks since September 2019, Gong also holds the position of Founding Engineer at ZingBox Inc. since 2014 and has been a Senior Staff Engineer at Aruba Networks since 2010. Previous roles include Sr. Software Engineer at Wichorus from December 2007 to 2010, Senior Software Engineer/Technical Lead at Azalea Networks, Inc. from September 2005 to March 2007, and Software Engineer at Cisco Systems, Inc. from June 2000 to September 2005. Gong Cheng earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China.
