Ragu Raman Jayaraman

Ragu Raman Jayaraman is a seasoned professional in DevOps engineering, currently serving as the Manager of DevOps Engineering Services at Palo Alto Networks since July 2020. In this role, Ragu manages the Cortex DevOps US team, overseeing the lifecycle and uptime of critical services such as XDR, XSIAM, and XSOAR. Prior to this, Ragu held positions as a DevOps Team Lead and DevOps Engineer, focusing on automating SaaS workloads and improving software services. Ragu also has experience as a Cloud Engineer at VANDIS, where responsibilities included designing network architecture, and as a Graduate Student Assistant at the University at Buffalo, contributing to WiFi network enhancements. Ragu holds a Master of Science degree from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Anna University Chennai.
