Rich Olney

Rich Olney is an experienced professional in new product introduction (NPI) and program management, currently serving as Director of NPI and Doc Control at Palo Alto Networks since January 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing NPI for hardware network appliances and ODM servers. Prior to this role, Rich held various positions at FireEye, Inc. including Director of NPI Operations and Senior Manager of NPI Operations, focusing on NPI for hardware and servers through contract manufacturing. Additional experience includes positions at McAfee, Logitech, and Hitachi, with a strong emphasis on managing the integration and manufacturing processes of ODM servers. Rich holds a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix.
