Rob Sawyer

Rob Sawyer serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Support at Palo Alto Networks since February 2024. Previously, Rob held the position of Vice President and General Manager of Azure Global Customer Support at Microsoft from March 2020 to February 2024, and prior to that, Rob was Vice President of Global Customer Success at Salesforce from May 2016 to March 2020. Rob's extensive experience includes roles as Executive Advisory Board Member at the Technology Services Industry Association and Vice President of Global Services at Arbor Networks, where focus was on cybersecurity solutions. Early career highlights include significant positions at Quantum Bridge Communications, Nortel Networks, Wellfleet Communications, and Digital Equipment Corporation, with a strong background in engineering and network solutions. Rob holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire.
