Swapna Bapat serves as the Vice President of Products at Palo Alto Networks since September 2022. Prior to this, Swapna held various senior roles at Microsoft from 2016 to September 2022, including Senior Director of Data Analytics and AI, where the focus was on enhancing customer insights and advancing AI integration. Swapna has also worked as a Senior Director of Sales Engineering at Automation Anywhere and led technical sales initiatives at Brocade and Cisco Systems. With a strong background in product management, Swapna has experience in developing telecommunications solutions at companies like Ciena Corporation and Alcatel-Lucent Technologies. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and participation in the Women's Leadership Program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
