Donn Posner

Donn Posner is an experienced professional in Behavioral Sleep Medicine, currently serving as the President of Sleepwell Consultants since September 2018, focusing on the dissemination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. In addition, Donn holds positions as an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor at Stanford University School of Medicine and a Psychologist at Palo Alto Institute for Research & Education. Previously, Donn served as a Medical Advisor for Pulsar Informatics, Inc., where the role involved developing online therapeutic software and training healthcare systems. Donn's extensive experience also includes significant roles at Lifespan, including Director of Clinical Behavioral Medicine, and academic positions at Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Donn completed a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Stony Brook University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University.
