Frances Merigan

Frances Merigan is an experienced accounting professional with extensive expertise in accounts receivable and payable functions. Currently serving as an A/R Accountant at the Palo Alto Institute for Research & Education since February 2012, Frances has a strong background in general accounting procedures, cash receipts, and billing processes. Prior experience includes over 14 years at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP as an Accounts Payable Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed tracking invoices, vendor payments, and supporting the development of new accounting systems. Frances also worked as an Accounting Specialist at American Veterinary Hospitals, Inc., where centralized accounting operations for multiple clinics were successfully implemented. Frances holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts.
