Jessica Dourcy

Jessica Dourcy has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Jessica started their career as an In-House Legal Counsel at Kokido Development Limited in 2007. After three years, they moved on to Robert Walters, where they worked as a Senior Legal Consultant, specializing in recruitment and recruitment outsourcing for high-profile clients. In 2014, Jessica joined Reading Room as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Global, focusing on digital consultancy and helping clients adapt to the challenges of modern business. Since 2016, they have been with PALO IT, initially serving as the Global Head of Human Resources, where they worked on culture transformation and prepared the company for the future. Jessica also played a significant role in advocating for and becoming a member of Palo IT B Corp Certification. In 2021, Jessica transitioned into the role of Chief People and Culture Officer, overseeing all aspects of people management and fostering a positive work environment. Jessica is also responsible for data protection within the organization. Overall, Jessica has consistently demonstrated their expertise in various industries, including technology, recruitment, and consultancy, while focusing on driving positive change and fostering a supportive culture.
