Vincent Desclaux

Vincent Desclaux is the managing director of PALO IT in Singapore. Vincent has over 10 years of experience in business development and management. Prior to joining PALO IT, they were the country manager of Maltem Consulting Group in Singapore, responsible for the P&L of the business unit and a team of business developers and recruiters. Vincent has also worked with key regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Desclaux has a wealth of experience in sales and marketing, customer support, translations, blog creation, press relations, and recruitment. Vincent is also a experienced job interviewer. In 2007, they managed the French platform launch of amiando AG. In 2009, they became a business development executive at ALTI.

In 2015, Desclaux founded BocaFina Pte Ltd., a successful company that provides financial consulting services to startups and small businesses. Vincent has been with PALO IT since 2018.

Vincent Desclaux has a certification in Organizational Leadership from INSEAD, a Master's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from ESCE International Business School, and a Master's degree in International Finance from The Berlin School of Economics and Law. Vincent also has a certification from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy, and a certification from IDEO in Insight to innovation.
