Nazli Danis

Nazli Danis is a seasoned professional in product management and entrepreneurship with a diverse background in technology and design. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Paloma since August 2025, Nazli previously held the position of Group Product Manager at Deel from March 2021 to July 2025, overseeing the Employee of Record product, the organization's fastest-growing and highest revenue-generating offering. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager at Pensa Systems, where Nazli focused on retail analytics leveraging machine learning and computer vision technologies, and a part-time Service Designer at ATÖLYE, contributing to innovative revenue strategies for a major appliance manufacturer. As a Co-Founder of Emile, an SMS chatbot aimed at promoting better sleep habits, Nazli has demonstrated a strong commitment to entrepreneurship. Educationally, Nazli attended Y Combinator and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Art History from Barnard College.
