Bill Barnard

Bill Barnard serves as the Information Technology Facilities Manager at Palomar Display Products, Inc. since September 2012, while also being the owner of W B Consulting since 1991, providing comprehensive professional facilities design and support services. Barnard has held leadership roles including President and Board member for various organizations, such as AIA Palomar and the USGBC San Diego Chapter, overseeing initiatives in architecture and sustainable building practices. With a significant background in architecture, Barnard was the Vice President of Architecture at The Troyer Group and has served on several boards, including the Indiana Chapter of the USGBC and the Housing Development Corporation. Bill Barnard earned a General Education Certification from Palomar College and a degree relevant to architectural education from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
