Ann Burgess

Ann Burgess is an experienced Application Support Manager at Arch Health Partners since May 2013, overseeing the implementation and support of NextGen EHR and developing training curricula for staff. Prior to this role, Ann served as a Senior Health System Manager at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center from August 2010 to April 2013, managing the full implementation lifecycle of the inpatient electronic medical record (Epic) with a focus on the ASAP module. Ann's earlier experience includes serving as Application Manager at Hoag Hospital from June 2005 to July 2010, where responsibilities encompassed clinical applications management, resource allocation, and end-user support. Ann also held the position of Director at Per-Se Technologies from 1999 to 2004, where the creation of a corporate university facilitated training and certification for implementation of the CPR product. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned in 1987.
