Greg Pang

Greg Pang, MAc, currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Palomar Health Medical Group, where responsibilities include directing the annual budgeting processes, creating proformas for strategic initiatives, and developing financial models for physician compensation. Prior to this role, Greg Pang spent nearly a decade at UC San Diego Health as a Finance Manager, leading long-term financial projections and overseeing a $100M annual capital budget. Earlier experience at Kaiser Permanente included roles as a Finance Manager, Senior Financial Consultant, and Project Manager, where Greg Pang managed a $500 million operating budget and developed benchmarking analyses to support executive decision-making. Greg Pang holds a Master of Accountancy from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
