Ann Lacsamana

Ann Lacsamana has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Ann is currently the Director of Finance at Palomar Health since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Accounting Manager at Spinal Elements from 2020 to 2022, where they were involved in the company's IPO preparation and ERP implementation. In 2019, Ann worked as a Consultant at ASPYRE Partners, specifically assisting Palomar Health during a staffing shortage. Before that, from 2016 to 2019, they served as the Controller/CFO at 1MORE USA Inc., a subsidiary of 1MORE Inc. based in China. Ann also has experience as an Accounting Manager at Avalon Capital Group from 2003 to 2016 and as a Financial Analyst Supervisor at Plexus from 1997 to 2003.

Ann Lacsamana received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Finance from the University of California, Riverside in 1997. Ann is currently pursuing a Master of Accountancy degree at National University, expected to be completed in 2022.
