Joseph Quinn

Joseph Quinn serves as a Senior Project Manager at Palomar Health since July 2023, following a decade-long tenure as Senior Project Manager at Oracle Cerner Corporation. In this role, Joseph Quinn demonstrated expertise in managing complex project implementations, facilitating team effectiveness, and addressing risk management. Additionally, Joseph Quinn has been a Ministry Leader at Living Way Church since 2014, focusing on nurturing church members towards Christian maturity. As an Adjunct Professor at Berean Bible College from 2005 to 2018, Joseph Quinn taught Greek, promoting deeper understanding of New Testament language.
