Josh Woertz has a diverse work experience history. Josh began their career as a Production Assistant Intern at NASCAR Images in 2007, where they logged and digitized race footage and assisted producers. Josh then worked as a Student Intern to the Director of Sports Information at Wingate University from 2005 to 2008. In 2008, they became an ESPN Stats and Analysis Consultant at Edge Technology Services, operating software for college and pro sports and providing real-time statistics to on-air talent. Josh also worked as a Project Employee at ESPN from 2009 to 2010, conducting production research and assisting with studio shows. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Underwriting Assistant at ICW Group, specializing in earthquake, flood, and risk modeling data entry. Josh then held various part-time positions in game operations at the University of San Diego, San Diego State University, and the San Diego Padres. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Operations at Palomar Specialty Insurance Company, a position they have held since 2014.
