Michael Vierk

Michael Vierk has a diverse work experience. Michael started their career as an English Teacher at Juangnan University in 2009. Michael then joined KPMG US as a Senior Associate, where they worked until 2014. At Obalon Therapeutics, they served as the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting from 2014 to 2018. In this role, they oversaw the filing and revisions of a fast IPO, directed SEC reporting, and managed FP&A activities. After that, they joined Palomar as the Associate Vice President of Financial Reporting in 2018 and later became the Vice President of FP&A and SEC Reporting in 2020.

From 2004 to 2008, Michael Vierk attended Butler University - Lacy School of Business and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Spanish.
