Suzanne Pham

Suzanne Pham, SHRM-CP, serves as the People and Talent Manager at Palomar since January 2022, overseeing various HR functions including on-boarding, recruiting, benefits administration, and multi-state payroll. Prior to this role, Suzanne held multiple positions at Suja Juice, culminating as a Sr HR Generalist, where responsibilities included managing HR and payroll administration and supporting Environmental Health and Safety. Additionally, Suzanne contributed to the growth of Suja Juice from approximately 100 to 300 employees in a start-up environment. Previous experience includes roles at Z57 Internet Solutions, Interactions Marketing, Bridgepoint Education, and Birch Aquarium at Scripps, encompassing a range of administrative and HR functions. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from UC San Diego.
