Todd Palecek

Todd Palecek is a Senior Database Engineer and Data Analytics Engineer at Palomar since December 2021, responsible for ensuring the integrity, high availability, and optimum performance of production data systems while implementing security best practices. Prior to this role, Todd served as a Database Administrator at U.S. Venture, Inc. from May 2020 to January 2022, where responsibilities included upgrading D365 FO from on-premise to Cloud and architecting Azure and on-premise BYOD database processes. Todd's earlier experience includes roles at Silver Star Brands, Bemis Company, Inc., Community Health Network, and Agnesian HealthCare, focusing on database management, data analysis, and implementing data-driven solutions to support operational efficiencies. Todd holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a BA in Finance and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
