Valentina Britchko

Valentina Britchko has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Valentina started their career in 2000 as an Accountant/Operations Manager at Performance 2000, Inc and worked there until 2003. Valentina then worked as a Tax Accountant at Insurance Company of the West in 2003. In 2004, they joined Arrowhead General Insurance Agency as a Staff Accountant until 2006. Valentina then moved to College Loan Corporation as a Senior Accountant for a brief period before returning to Arrowhead General Insurance Agency in various roles, including Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, and Assistant Controller. Finally, they joined Palomar Specialty Insurance Company in 2014 and held the position of Controller from 2014-2017 before becoming the VP of Finance & Accounting in 2017.

Valentina Britchko earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from San Diego State University from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Grossmont College from 1998 to 2000.
