Kim Armstrong

Kim Armstrong has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the field of human resources and operations. Starting in 2023, they served as the VP of People & Talent at Palomar. Prior to this, they worked as the SVP of People & Culture at Brumby Systems. From 2022 to 2023, they were a Clinical Recruiter at Affordable Dentures & Implants.

Before these positions, Kim held multiple roles at VizExplorer between 2011 and 2022. This included serving as the VP of People, where they managed benefits renewal and implemented new payroll and HRIS systems.
