Michelle Andrew

Michelle Andrew is an experienced office manager and accountant with a diverse background in human resources, payroll, accounting, and administrative support. Currently serving as Office Manager at Palomar Specialty Insurance Company since December 2013, Michelle oversees HR functions, payroll, and safety management while managing administrative tasks for seven owners. Additionally, Michelle has been a Staff Accountant at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency since October 2012, responsible for bank reconciliations, documentation for policy refunds, and month-end closings. With prior roles including Payroll Specialist at LMI Aerospace and Veterinary Specialty Hospital, and extensive experience in accounts payable and payroll processing at various companies, Michelle holds a BS in Business Administration and Human Resources from Ashford University and an AA in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
