Riva Novikov

Riva Novikov is an accomplished Process Engineer specializing in PVC at PALRAM Industries since December 2018, previously serving as an R&D Technologist. Prior experience includes the role of Mirrite R&D Technologist at Palram Americas, focusing on production line improvements between September 2017 and May 2018. From January 2016 to September 2017, Riva contributed to research and development in coatings for polycarbonate and PVC at PALRAM, actively participating in key projects such as Mirrite and Over Print Varnish. Earlier experience at L'Oreal Israel involved quality control and laboratory responsibilities, while Riva's foundational work in R&D at Polycaps included developing a unique ocular drug delivery system.
