Sarah Hadlee

Sarah Hadlee has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sarah is currently working as a Business Operations Manager at PAM, a tech scale-up that focuses on delivering a fully connected experience for users within large complex environments. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Halcyon Global from January 2021 to February 2022, and served as an Executive Advisor from January 2020 to January 2021.

Before joining Halcyon Global, Sarah worked at DriveYello as an EA-Operations Manager, where they helped businesses provide last-mile delivery services to their customers. Sarah was with the company for a year and a half, from July 2018 to December 2019.

Sarah's work experience also includes serving as an Executive Assistant at Record Point from August 2017 to July 2018, and as an HR Associate-EA to Chairman & CEO at Invigor Group from June 2012 to August 2017. Sarah also worked as an Office Manager-Executive Assistant to the CEO at Marcel Equity Pty Limited, an investment company focusing on ICT companies, from September 2011 to August 2017.

Additionally, Sarah has experience as an Assistant Company Secretary & EA to CFO at Campus Living Villages, as an Executive Assistant to Group Company Secretary, Group Director of Treasury, and Board of Directors at Thomas Cook, as a Personal Assistant at Jefferies, and as a Personal Assistant/Team Co-ordinator at The National Lottery Community Fund.

Sarah Hadlee attended the University of Otago from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Physical Education (BPhEd) with a field of study in Prescription & Management. In 2001, they furthered their education at the University of Otago and completed a Post Graduate Sport & Exercise Medicine (PGDipSEM) degree with a field of study in Sports Medicine. Prior to their university education, Sarah attended Rangi Ruru Girls' School, although specific dates or degrees obtained were not provided. Additionally, Sarah has obtained certifications in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner from The Tad James Co NLP in November 2021 and Accidental Company Secretary from the Governance Institute of Australia.
