Kristen Smith

Kristen Smith possesses extensive experience in healthcare management, holding several senior executive positions at PAM Health from January 2022 to May 2023, including Sr EVP & Chief Operating Officer, SEVP & Chief Business Officer, and Chief Transformation Officer. Prior to this, Kristen served as a Medical Rehab Surveyor at CARF from January 2011 to May 2023 and as a Senior Consultant at Fleming AOD, focusing on clinical and financial management strategies for post-acute care hospitals. Additional roles include Vice President of Quality & Rehab Clinical Services at Vibra Healthcare from June 2010 to September 2013 and Director of Rehabilitation Services at The Ohio State University Medical Center from December 2005 to June 2010. Kristen holds a Master of Science in Health Administration and a PTPT degree, both from The Ohio State University.
