Sam Thompson Pt

Sam Thompson PT, DPT is an experienced physical therapist currently serving as the Outpatient Therapy Manager at PAM Health since December 2021. Previously, Sam worked as a physical therapist at HEART OF CARDON LLC from July 2021 to November 2021, and at Murray - Calloway County Hospital from May 2017 to June 2021, where responsibilities included working in acute care and inpatient rehab settings as a lead physical therapist. Sam earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Cincinnati in April 2017 and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Louisville in May 2014.
