Victoria Chavez

Victoria Chavez has a strong background in human resources. Victoria currently holds the role of Human Resources Director at PAM Health since January 2022. Prior to that, Victoria worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Specialist at Texas Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists, P.A. from November 2019 to January 2022. Victoria also served in various human resources positions at Target from October 2016 to November 2019.

Victoria Chavez attended Sam Houston State University from 2017 to 2019, where they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they attended Lone Star College, where they obtained their Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Additionally, Victoria holds a certification called the PAM Health Honor to Lead certificate, which was obtained from PAM Health.
