Aditya Arief Pradhana

Aditya Arief Pradhana has a background in Labor and Industrial Relations, with experience working in various roles related to industrial relations, human capital management, and general services. Currently employed at Pamapersada Nusantara, Aditya holds the position of Industrial Relations Analyst with responsibilities in compliance, system development, communication, advocacy, and site head of the Human Capital section. In the past, Aditya also served in roles such as Human Capital Section Head, Industrial Relations Officer, and Operational Dept. Head at KOPERASI PAMANDIRI. Aditya has also worked in PT Bank Mandiri as Back Office and Front Office Staff. Aditya holds a Master's degree in Management from BINUS University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Islam Indonesia.
